Don’t Let Hunger Win & Their Self-Esteem Lose Donate Meals in Pakistan to the White Collar Families

We met 12-year-old Zahid, a cheerful young boy who is the eldest among his siblings. To help support his family’s financial needs, he attends madarsa in the morning and spends the afternoon until late evening walking from street to street, carrying a basket of fresh salad on his head. Despite covering long distances on foot, he earns only Rs.400–600 a day.

After listening to his story, we took Zahid to a supermarket and invited him to choose the groceries his family needed most. He personally selected the essential household items, and we were grateful to ease a small part of the burden carried by such young shoulders.
